We are looking to recruit experienced Dementia Support Workers at band 3/5.
Our client supports thousands of vulnerable people across Cheshire, Wirral and surrounding areas. Providing physical, mental health and learning disability services to a total population of around one million people. Operating across 66 sites including Cheshire, Wirral, Merseyside including Chester, Winsford, Crewe, Macclesfield, Sefton and Telford.

Who we’re looking for:
Someone who is patient, calm, and resilient, the ability to engage, listen and communicate in a variety of ways, be passionate, possess good communication and organisational skills, knowledge of mental health procedures, Inpatient experience, the ability to work flexibly across varying shifts, including weekends, nights, long days, flexibility and willingness to travel to various locations.
Essential criteria:
Previous experience of caring for people with dementia
To demonstrate a range of work procedures and practices and to exhibit your knowledge and abilities.
Experience of working collaboratively i.e. with colleagues, wider teams service users etc
Ability to problem solve and working with individuals with dementia.
Experience of safeguarding vulnerable people
Experience of routine outcome monitoring
The ability to demonstrate good quality care.
