This is a key front-facing role ideal for someone who is confident, organised, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service in a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for patients, guiding them through their treatment journey from consultation to post-operative care.
- Schedule appointments, consultations, and follow-ups with clinical staff.
- Provide clear and accurate information about procedures, pricing, and clinic policies.
- Ensure patient records are kept up to date and confidentially maintained.
- Liaise with surgeons, nurses, and administrative teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Address patient enquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, providing reassurance and support.
- Support the clinic team with administrative duties, including invoicing and payment processing.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a private healthcare or cosmetic clinic setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with strong administrative abilities.
- Confident using patient management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Professional, friendly, and patient-focused approach.
Desirable Skills:
- Understanding of cosmetic procedures and patient care pathways.
- Experience working in a busy clinical reception or coordination role.
- Sales or customer service background in healthcare or aesthetics.
