This is a key front-facing role ideal for someone who is confident, organised, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service in a clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for patients, guiding them through their treatment journey from consultation to post-operative care.
  • Schedule appointments, consultations, and follow-ups with clinical staff.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about procedures, pricing, and clinic policies.
  • Ensure patient records are kept up to date and confidentially maintained.
  • Liaise with surgeons, nurses, and administrative teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
  • Address patient enquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, providing reassurance and support.
  • Support the clinic team with administrative duties, including invoicing and payment processing.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a private healthcare or cosmetic clinic setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised with strong administrative abilities.
  • Confident using patient management systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Professional, friendly, and patient-focused approach.

Desirable Skills:

  • Understanding of cosmetic procedures and patient care pathways.
  • Experience working in a busy clinical reception or coordination role.
  • Sales or customer service background in healthcare or aesthetics.
