Job Description: Trident Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Band 6 Speech and Language for a locum assignment based within the Acute wards units at an NHS hospital in the East Midlands. The successful candidate will independently manage a caseload of complex patients with a wide range of aetiologies.
Responsibilities:
• Manage a caseload of complex patients with acute dysphagia, head and neck and voice training requirements
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, and onward referrals
• Carry out clinical administration tasks
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records
Skills and Experience Required:
• Experienced NHS Acute wards as an SLT
• Min 2 years experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including phone and email
Essential Requirements:
• Candidates must have NHS experience
• Candidates must hold HCPC registration
