Working with us
Our pay rates are always competitive and paid weekly. Additionally, we provide pension payments, expenses, and paid holiday. Trident members are assigned to regional teams where they work local to home. The option to work nationally exists should our members move home or choose to travel for work. Temporary shifts are flexible, reflecting members preferred work-life balances and personal situations, providing the flexibility to work little or often, nights, days, weekdays, or weekends. Online and class-based learning is also available.
Our consultants assist members to make registering with us an easy process, and once onboard work closely with them to ensure they are happy and well informed.
