As a Patient Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring an outstanding patient experience, from initial enquiries through to post-treatment follow-up. You will be responsible for managing appointments, handling patient communications, and supporting the clinical team to deliver seamless, high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for patients, providing excellent customer service and responding to enquiries about treatments, pricing, and clinic services.
- Manage patient bookings and appointments using the clinic’s scheduling system.
- Coordinate consultations and follow-ups with cosmetic practitioners and nurses.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in line with GDPR and clinic policies.
- Support the clinical team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Promote clinic services and support patients throughout their treatment journey with empathy and professionalism.
- Handle payment processing and support the clinic’s financial procedures where needed.
- Contribute to a welcoming, professional, and patient-focused clinic environment
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Patient Coordinator, Patient Liaison, or similar role within healthcare, aesthetics, or cosmetic clinics is essential.
- Strong understanding of cosmetic treatments and patient care processes.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, approachable manner.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient with scheduling software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information professionally.
