Resident Medical Officer

Trident Healthcare is seeking an experienced and dedicated Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to join a leading cosmetic clinic in South East London. The successful candidate will play a critical role in providing immediate medical support within the clinic, ensuring patient safety and high-quality clinical care at all times.

This role requires a confident, proactive doctor with current Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site medical support to patients undergoing elective cosmetic procedures.
• Conduct pre-operative assessments and ensure patient fitness for surgery.
• Monitor post-operative recovery, managing any complications in collaboration with the wider clinical team.
• Respond to medical emergencies promptly and effectively using ALS protocols.
• Work closely with surgeons, anaesthetists, and nursing staff to ensure safe and seamless patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records.
• Support discharge planning and ensure clear communication of follow-up instructions.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

• GMC-registered doctor with a license to practise in the UK.
• Valid and up-to-date Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification.
• Previous experience in cosmetic surgery settings.
• UK experience.
• Strong clinical judgement and confident decision-making skills.
