Healthcare Assistant

Trident Healthcare is seeking multiple compassionate and experienced Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to join a prestigious cosmetic clinic in South East London. As an HCA, you will play a vital role in supporting the clinical team and ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for patients throughout their surgical journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with personal care needs before and after procedures.
• Support the nursing and surgical teams with day-to-day tasks and patient care.
• Prepare treatment and recovery areas, ensuring a clean and sterile environment.
• Monitor and record basic observations such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
• Help patients with mobility, dressing, and general comfort.
• Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients.
• Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and general clinic flow.
• Maintain stock levels and assist with ordering supplies.
• Follow all infection control and health & safety guidelines.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant in a hospital, surgical, or cosmetic clinic setting.
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
• Good understanding of patient care and hygiene standards.
