Anaesthetic Nurse

Trident Healthcare is seeking multiple skilled and experienced Anaesthetic Nurses to join a renowned cosmetic clinic in South East London. As an Anaesthetic Nurse, you will be responsible for assisting in the administration of anaesthesia, ensuring the safety and comfort of patients during cosmetic procedures, and supporting the anaesthetist and surgical team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation and administration of anaesthesia for a range of cosmetic procedures.
• Monitor patient vital signs and anaesthetic levels throughout the procedure.
• Provide care and support to patients pre- and post-operatively.
• Ensure the operating theatre is adequately stocked with the necessary anaesthetic equipment and medications.
• Work closely with the anaesthetist and surgical team to ensure safe and effective anaesthesia practices.
• Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols, ensuring a sterile environment at all times.
• Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients throughout their anaesthetic journey

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience as an Anaesthetic Nurse in a clinical or surgical setting.
• Previous experience in a cosmetic surgery or aesthetic environment is highly desirable.
• Current and valid UK NMC registration.
• Knowledge of anaesthesia techniques, medications, and monitoring equipment.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure, particularly in high-stress or fast-paced environments.
