Scrub Nurse

Trident Healthcare is seeking multiple skilled and experienced Scrub Nurses to join a renowned cosmetic clinic in South East London. As a Scrub Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of surgical procedures, providing exceptional support to the surgical team, and ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout their treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the surgical team during a range of cosmetic procedures.
• Maintain a sterile environment in the operating theatre, including preparing the surgical instruments and equipment.
• Ensure the accurate handling and passing of surgical instruments during operations.
• Provide patient care before, during, and after procedures.
• Work collaboratively with surgeons, anaesthetists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.
  Monitor and manage stock levels of surgical supplies and equipment.
• Comply with all clinic policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Scrub Nurse in a clinical or surgical setting.
• Previous experience in a cosmetic or aesthetic surgery environment is highly desirable.
• Current and valid UK NMC or HCPC registration.
• Knowledge of infection control and health and safety standards.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
